This Privacy Policy explains how MatchDay Live Huddles ("MatchDay", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our iOS app and related services.
We collect information you provide directly, including your display name, account details, huddle names, invite codes, messages, reactions, GIF usage, and any profile or support information you submit.
When you sign in, we may also receive information from Apple Sign In or anonymous/guest authentication services, depending on how you choose to access the app.
Content you share in a huddle, such as your display name, messages, reactions, and GIFs, may be visible to other members of that huddle. We do not sell your personal information.
We use third-party service providers to operate MatchDay, including Firebase for authentication, database storage, and related backend services. We may also use other providers for hosting, analytics, or media delivery where necessary to run the app.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app and its features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request account deletion or data removal by contacting us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may update your display name, manage your huddles, block users, and use the in-app reporting tools. You may also contact us with privacy requests or questions.
MatchDay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
