Common questions
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Creating an account and starting a club is completely free, no card required. You only need to add payment details when you start a Pro trial or buy credits.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are a pay-as-you-go alternative to Pro. Buy a bundle of credits and spend them when you need a feature — for example, hosting a tournament costs 10 credits. No subscription, no commitment. Credits never expire.
Should I get credits or go Pro?
If you host tournaments regularly, Pro is better value — unlimited hosting plus all other Pro features for $9.99/month. If you only occasionally want to run a tournament, credits let you pay just for what you use.
Do I get charged during the trial?
No. Your 14-day trial starts when you subscribe. We charge on day 15 only if you haven't cancelled. Zero surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. Cancel mid-month and you keep Pro access until the billing period ends.
What happens to my club if I cancel Pro?
Your members stay, your data stays. You'll drop back to 1 game per week and lose tournament hosting. Nothing is deleted.
Can I upgrade multiple clubs?
Yes — each club has its own subscription. If you own two clubs, you can upgrade each independently. You're billed separately for each.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Annual plans are in the works. For now we bill monthly only.
