4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated means to access the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform (such as club posts, messages, and profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform as necessary to operate the service.

6. Games and Physical Activity

Pitch Connect facilitates the organization of soccer games but is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or disputes that occur during games. You participate in all physical activities at your own risk. We recommend that all players have appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Club and Tournament Management

Club owners and tournament organizers are responsible for managing their respective communities and events. Pitch Connect provides the tools but does not oversee day-to-day club or tournament operations, including financial transactions between members.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
